Ingredients: 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic Optional Additions: Garlic flavored croutons, salmon Directions: Place first seven ingredients in food processor and pulse to combine. Add olive oil and turn on processor briefly to mix. If too thick, add one teaspoon of water and mix again. Serve over simple lettuce salad. If using, add croutons and/or salmon *If fresh herbs are unavailable, use dry herbs. |
